Today, we’re celebrating SBDC Day and acknowledging the incredible work of Small Business Development Centers (SBDCs) across the country. For the past 40 years, SBDCs have been instrumental in helping countless small businesses launch and grow. SBDC Day brings together the nearly 1,000 centers nationwide to highlight the positive impact they’ve had on the success of small businesses.
SBDCs provide personalized counseling, training, and technical support in all areas of small business management. Their services include help with business planning, financing, manufacturing, marketing, feasibility studies, market research, and solving technical problems. Many centers also offer specialized support in economic development, procurement, venture capital formation, rural development, and import/export processes.
Beyond core business skills, SBDCs offer access to all of the Small Business Administration’s financial and procurement assistance programs. Celebrate SBDC Day by visiting your local Small Business Development Center!
If you’re looking to start, grow, or expand your business, locate the nearest SBDC through SBA Get Local Assistance.
Happy SBDC Day!
