Start building your customer list with interesting information, e-reports, marketing lists and unusual products. Make sure that your customer service ordering and shipping processes are working well.
Once you get the hang of what you are doing and have a list of return customers, go into phase two of your business plan and begin to expand with other products or start another niche site. Let your present customers know what is taking place and how they will benefit.
