I spent many years in print marketing and public relations as a communication consultant for corporations such as GE and IBM, as well as smaller businesses and nonprofit organizations. My work included media relations, press kits, marketing programs, brochures, annual reports, white papers, and newsletters. I also continue writing business articles for area press.
Then I headed into the virtual world for more of the same. My offline and online experience is highlighted in my three books: How to Make Money on Yahoo! How to Make Money on Amazon and How to Start 199 Online Businesses. If you need an e-book or report, editorial support or coaching, let me know. Both the web site copy and blog are here to help you get into the WWW, too. Contact me at any time with questions or comments.

1) Web Site: How to Begin?
There is a lot of work that goes into planning and launching an online business. You may need someone to help you develop an overall plan for your Web site. Or, perhaps you want someone to keep you on track and make sure deadlines are met. Just send an e-mail or call with your online business development needs.
2) Online content writing. No matter whether you are setting up your Web site, creating product copy, or implementing an online marketing plan, writing is an essential aspect of the work. You need copy for the Web site, blog, e-books, e-zines, e-mails, etc. etc. You may not know how to write, love writing but not have the time, or just hate writing. It doesn’t matter. You still need content. Just send an e-mail or call with any of your e-content issues.
3) Adding Keywords. If you hear the words “search engine optimization” one more time, you are going scream. Unfortunately, search engines love new and interesting copy, especially with keywords that rank high with online visitors. Even if you already have your Web site copy written, keywords can be added in an informative and constructive way. Just send an e-mail or call to spruce up your content with keywords.
4) Business reports and information. In addition to the Web site, you may need editorial support for product reports to other businesses, press releases on new services, e-books for online booksellers or e-readers, articles for online or offline trade or consumer publications, or even a script for an online video. Just send an e-mail or call for help with any of your business communication needs.
5)Copy editing, proofreading and editorial administration. It is amazing how many Web sites have typographical or grammatical errors. How can they expect to build brand and credibility with mistakes in their copy? It is best to check over all copy and make sure that it is in the best form possible. You may also want an editorial administrator to oversee content development. Just send an e-mail or call for help with any of your editorial needs.
6) Moving a store or profession online. Merchants or professionals who already have an offline business or service have their own set of communication needs to establish an online presence. They may need special materials to let customers know about their Web site, press materials, or perhaps ways to enhance the sites they already have up and running. Just send an e-mail or call for help with any of your business or professional communication needs.
